We Believe
The right to trial by jury and the right to vote set this great country apart from all others and enables its people, no matter their station in life, to have the opportunity to obtain justice.

The right to trial by jury is the great equalizer in our justice system. This right prevents too much power from falling into the hands of one person-something our forefathers wanted to prevent.

That, to protect our freedoms, we should serve when called for jury duty and register to vote and vote in every election.

"I consider trial by jury the only anchor ever yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution." - Thomas Jefferson

These words from one of the great founding fathers of our country show the importance of a principle tenet of our justice system - the constitutional right of every citizen to a trial by jury. This right protects those who might otherwise have no opportunity for justice.

It protects rich and poor, weak and strong, the wise and the unwise. It protects conservatives and liberals and all that seek justice in our society.
